Wrong mail server pops up

I use Yahoo Classic Mail.
Occasionly when trying to respond to a site query an "Outlook Express" window will open.
I can never complete any emails using this server.
Windows XP SP2
Yahoo DSL & Mail server
Tools
Internet Options
General tab

Yahoo has it's own mail system. If you are using Yahoo web mail, you cannot use any SMTP server. Only their SMTP server and it is used internally by default.
